摘要:无线传感器网络在工业控制过程中正在逐步得到应用。为了实现无线传感器网络与现有的多种工业控制网络之间的互联和集成,提出了一种基于ARM9微控制器AT91SAM9260的ZigBee多功能网关设计思想。探讨了以太网、RS-232、RS-485、USB等多种接口的软硬件设计方法,实现了现场总线和工业以太网等多种通信协议,成功地解决了ZigBee无线传感器网络与工业控制网络的互联问题。
Wireless sensor network is being gradually applied in industrial process control. To implement the interconnection and integration of wireless sensor network and multiple existing industrial control networks, the design concept of the muhifunctional Zigbee gateway based on ARM micro controller AT91 SAM9260 is proposed. The design methods of hardware and software for multiple kinds of interfaces, including Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, and USB, etc. , are explored. Thus muhiple communication protocols for field bus and industrial Ethernet are implemented and the interconnections among Zigbee wireless sensor network and industrial control networks are solved successfully.
