摘要:利用等温溶解平衡法测定了三元水盐体系Na_2SO_4-Na_2S_2O_(3)-H_2O、Na_2S_2O_(3)-NaSCNH_2O及Na_2SO_4-NaSCN-H_2O在313.15K时的固液相平衡数据,并结合X射线衍射确定相平衡时的固相,绘制了三元体系相图。3种体系在313.15K时均无复盐或固溶体形成,属于简单共饱和体系。对应相图中均包含1个共饱和点、2个单盐结晶区和2条单变量曲线。在三元体系中,Na_2SO_4-Na_2S_2O_(3)-H_2O平衡固相分别为Na_2SO_4和Na_2S_2O_(3)·5H_2O;Na_2S_2O_(3)-NaSCN-H_2O平衡固相分别为Na_2S_2O_(3)·5H_2O和NaSCN;Na_2SO_4-NaSCN-H_2O的平衡固相分别为Na_2SO_4和NaSCN。结果表明,Na_2S_2O_(3)和NaSCN对Na_2SO_4有较强的盐析作用。
Phase equilibria data of the ternary Na_(2)SO_(4)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)-H_(2)O,Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)-NaSCN-H_(2)O and Na_(2)SO_(4)-NaSCN-H_(2)O systems at 313.15 K were determined by the isothermal dissolution equilibrium method.The equilibrium solid phases were determined by X-ray spectroscopy,and the phase diagrams of the ternary systems were drawn.There is no double salt or solid solution formed,and the three systems belong to a simple eutectic system.The phase diagrams of the ternary systems have one invariant point and two univariant curves at the boundary of two crystallization fields.The equilibrium solid phase of Na_(2)SO_(4)-Na_(2)S_(2)O_(3)-H_(2)O is composited of sodium sulfate(Na2SO4)and sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate(Na2S203·5H2O),respectively.Sodium thiosulfate pentahydrate and sodium rhodanate(NaSCN)are the components of the solid phase of Na2S203-NaSCN_H2O,and the solid phase of Na2S04-NaSCN-H2O consists of sodium sulfate and sodium rhodanate.The experimental results suggest that Na2S2O3 and NaSCN show an obvious decrease of the solubility of Na2S04.
