摘要:研究了阿维菌素在水库水中的微生物降解。结果显示:阿维菌素在未灭菌水库水中的降解速率明显快于灭菌水,且30℃比20℃更适合微生物降解;阿维菌素对水库水中细菌的生长有一定刺激作用,对放线菌和真菌的生长影响不明显;利用选择性培养基,对三种优势细菌进一步培养和鉴定后推测,阿维菌素在水库水中的降解细菌主要是假单胞菌和芽孢杆菌。
Microbial degradation of Abamectin in reservoir water was studied. The result showed that the degradation rate of Abamectin in non - sterilized reservoir water was more rapid than in sterilized reservoir water, and 30 ℃ was more favorable than 20 ℃ to stimulate microbial degradation. Moreover, the study also showed that the number of bacteria except fungi and actinomycetes grew significantly. More study about three dominant bacteria indicated that Pseudomonas and Bacillus rose rapidly with the use of Abamectin, so it could be concluded that Pseudomonas and Bacillus were the decisive factors in the microbial degradation of Abamectin in reservoir water.
