摘要：灾区少数受灾民众尚存在较强的灾民意识和温床意识,这种意识一旦蔓延将会严重影响灾后重建的进程。而受灾群众实际上才是家园重建的实施主体,因此,灾后重建尤为需要强化自强自立精神,多措并举,激发灾民自立精神和主体意识。
Few victims in the earthquake-ridded areas still have relatively conspicuous .victim consciousness and hotbed consciousness, which will severely obstruct the reconstruction process once they get spread. The fact is disaster-stricken victims are the main body to carry out reconstruction. Therefore, it is especially imperative to take various measures to strengthen and stimulate the consciousness of self-reliance and protagonist.
