摘要：文章以上海市X镇智慧安防社区建设项目为例,结合重大事项社会稳定风险评估机制,从风险识别角度分析潜在风险因素,包括政治政策、项目建设、舆情反馈、社会安全与居民态度五项潜在风险。针对该项目标群体进行风险感知测量,划分风险等级,分析各个风险维度相关性,得出总风险与居民态度为中等风险等级,项目建设与舆情反馈为特别重大风险等级,其中总风险系数与项目建设、政治政策以及居民态度三个维度呈中度正相关;政治政策与项目建设和居民态度均属中度正相关。
Taking the Shanghai X town smart security community construction project as an example, this paper combines the social stability risk assessment mechanism of major events to analyze potential risk factors from the perspective of risk identification, including political policy, project construction, public opinion feedback, social security and residents′ attitudes risk. Risk-awareness measurement is carried out for the target group of the project, the risk level is divided, the correlation of each risk dimension is analyzed, and the total risk and the attitude of the residents are considered as medium-risk levels. The project construction and public opinion feedback are particularly important risk levels. And the total risk coefficient is in a moderate way positively correlated with the three dimensions of economic environment, political policy and residents′ attitude, and the political policy is in a moderate way positively correlated with project construction and residents′ attitudes.
