摘要:NOVELTY - Acrylic-modified nutshell adsorbent is prepared by weighing proper walnut, washing with clean water, filtering, drying at 90 degrees C, crushing, sieving, collecting 60-80 meshes particles, mixing particles with deionized water for 24 hours, drying at 60-80 degrees C for 24 hours, and filtering; soaking proper walnut shell particles 12.0-18.0 mmol/L potassium permanganate solution at 30 degrees C, filtering supernatant, and washing with deionized water; and placing walnut, proper acrylic acid and n-hexane into three-mouth flask, stirring, heating, refluxing for 1-2 hours, and stirring for 10-15 minutes. USE - Acrylic-modified nutshell adsorbent used for adsorbing metal ion in sewage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Acrylic-modified nutshell adsorbent is prepared by: (A) weighing proper walnut, washing with clean water, filtering, drying at 90 degrees C, crushing, sieving, collecting 60-80 meshes particles, mixing particles with deionized water for 24 hours, drying 60-80 degrees C for 24 hours, and filtering; (B) soaking proper walnut shell particles in 12.0-18.0 mmol/L potassium permanganate solution at 30 degrees C, filtering supernatant, and washing with deionized water; (C) placing walnut, proper acrylic acid and n-hexane into three-mouth flask, stirring, heating, refluxing for 1-2 hours, stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding proper ethyl acetate, and heating with deionized water at 70-80 degrees C for 20~30 minutes; and (D) filtering, drying at 90 degrees C, and obtaining acrylic acid grafted modified walnut shell particles.
