摘要：NOVELTY - Reducing chemicals from the ground water and removing the chlorinated hydrocarbon from a soil slurry comprises uniformly mixing the slurry using a mechanical stirring process to prepare the hydrochloric ether pollutant, adding zero-valent iron to the slurry, and reacting the mixture to remove the chlorinated hydrocarbon contaminants from the underground water and soil. USE - The method is useful for reducing chemicals from the ground water and removing the chlorinated hydrocarbon from a soil slurry (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is performed in a simple and cost-effective manner with high chlorinated hydrocarbon removing rate of more than 99.5%.
