摘要:针对现液压胀管理论计算中所采用的材料模型的不足,本文提出了材料应力应变双线性简化模型,给出了基于材料双线性模型的液压胀管胀接压力与残余接触压力关系计算公式,并与材料幂指数计算模型比较,结果表明其残余接触压力计算结果吻合较好。最后采用有限元模拟方法进一步验证了材料双线性简化模型的准确性。材料双线性模型用于液压胀管的理论计算,简单可靠,方便工程应用。
For the problem of material model in current theoretical calculation of hydraulic expansion, this paper presents a simplified bilinear model of stress and strain, provides calculating formulas based on bilinear model for the relationship between expansion pressure and residual contact pressure of hydraulically expanded tube-to-tubesheet joints, makes comparison with the power material model, and the results show that the calculation of residual contact pressure are agreed with each other. Finally, the accuracy of simplified bilinear model is further verified by the finite element analysis. The bilinear model of material used in the theoretical calculation of hydraulic expansion is simple, reliable and convenient for engineering applications.
