摘要：面对世界和国内发生的多起灾害事件,探索灾后重建组织模式的创新和人员的激励方式成为紧迫的现实问题。本文采用个案研究的方法,分析当前中国地震灾区灾后重建组织管理的现状和问题,探索临时组织结构模式的创新,讨论临时组织成员的激励和管理模式,为政府各职能部门建立灾害应急处理的长效机制做好组织上的准备。
It is a very practical problem to discuss the innovation on temporary post-disaster reconstruction organization and management model facing so many disasters in the world wide. Based on the case study, this paper analyzes the temporary postdisaster reconstruction organization, redesigning organization structure, and discussing staff motivation scheme as well. It will be beneficial for government branch to set up paroxysmal disaster long-acting handling mechanism.
