摘要:研究了红外光谱法在气体多组分同时定量分析中的应用 ;运用气体混合物同时定量分析的方法 ,得到了 N2 O、NO、NO2 、SO2 和 CO2 5种气体在 1 0 0°C下的校正曲线 ;将此分析方法应用于燃煤烟气中 NO的选择性催化氧化实验 ,对催化剂的活性进行了在线分析和考评。实验证明此方法可精确测量反应中各物种的变化情况 ,对于具有红外吸收的气体 ,是一种普适性的分析方法。
The application of FT IR to simultaneous quantitative analysis of flue gas was studied with the help of Nicolet's Protege 460 combined with a 2m gas cell. Based on CLS method, a CLS measuring method was established which demonstrates the linear relationship between volume fraction and adsorption. Furthermore, the non linear relationship is calibrated. As a result, the method can simultaneously analyze components in a mixture quantitatively. The equations of the calibration curve for N 2O,NO,NO 2,SO 2 and CO 2 at 100°C were thus obtained as follows, N 2O: φ ca =0.707 5 φ +1.435 2×10 -3 φ 2 NO: φ ca =0.719 4 φ +3.302 7×10 -4 φ 2 NO 2: φ ca =0.790 7 φ +1.986 9×10 -4 φ 2 +2.949 7×10 -7 φ 3 SO 2: φ ca =0.991 7 φ CO 2: φ ca =0.979 4 φ φ is the volume fraction in the mixture, φ ca is the calibrated volume fraction. Further discussion showed that this is a universal method for infrared absorption gas. The method, with its rapid scan and high sensitivity, can be used in quantitative analysis as well as qualitative analysis of new species when combined with FT IR technique.
