摘要:在实验室单釜中,以混合碳四为原料、具有Keggin结构的杂多酸水溶液为催化剂,研究了异丁烯直接水合制叔丁醇的反应规律,考察了反应温度、搅拌转速、水油相体积比、不同叔丁醇初始含量、原料中不同异丁烯含量等对水合过程的影响规律。结果表明,降低反应温度、提高水油相体积比均有利于生成叔丁醇;搅拌转速大于一定值时,可消除异丁烯扩散因素的影响,进入反应控制区;原料中低异丁烯含量或水相中高叔丁醇含量均对反应过程有不利影响。
The hydration of i butene in mixed C 4 feed(SBB,butadiene has been extracted from the mixture)to form t butanol with a high conversion and a high selectivity was studied by using Keggin type heteropoly acid(HPA)solution as the catalyst in a single experimental reactor.The influences of the reaction temperature,time,pressure,stir speed and water oil ratio,etc.were discussed.The results showed that the decease of reaction temperature and the increase of the water oil ratio could increase the conversion of i butene,but the stir speed had little effect when beyond a certain limit.Low initial content of i butene or high t butanol content in the aqueous phase were unfavorable to the reaction.
