摘要:为了测得高强钢多层氧化皮间的结合力,运用划痕试验法对一种高强钢氧化皮进行了划痕试验。基于声发射法和显微观察法获得不同层间剥离的临界载荷,并通过纳米压痕试验获得了不同氧化层及基体的显微硬度。根据上述试验结果计算了氧化层间的结合力以及氧化层与基体基间的结合力,并用拉伸试验法与划痕试验法进行了对比。结果表明:划痕试验法获得的结合力数据具有较高的准确性,高强钢内外氧化层间的结合力约为70MPa,内层氧化层与基体间的结合力约为38 MPa。
In order to obtain the bonding force between high strength steel multilayer oxide skins, the scratch test method was used to make a scratch test on a kind of high strength steel oxide skin. The critical delamination load between different layers was obtained based on acoustic emission and microscopic observation. The micro-hardness of different oxide layers and matrix was obtained by the nano-indentation test, Ac- cording to the above test results, the bonding force between the oxide layers and the bonding force between the inner oxide layer and the matrix were calculated. Furthermore, the scratch test data were compared with the tensile test data. Results showed that the bonding force obtained by scratch test method was highly accurate. The bonding force between the oxide layers was about 70 MPa and the bonding force between the inner layer and the substrate was about 38 MPa.
