摘要:NOVELTY - Processing powder surface metallurgy strengthening macromolecular material as framework comprises uniformly mixing spherical cast tungsten carbide powder, nickel, chromium, boron, ferrosilicon and nickel-based alloy solder powder to obtain mixed powder, adding 15-25% PTFE powder, stirring and mixing, rolling, molding, sand blasting, entering in vacuum brazing furnace, vacuumizing to 10-3 Pa, heating to 200-400 degrees C at speed of 5-10 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-1 hours, heating to 1000-1100 degrees C at speed of 10-15 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-1 hours and cooling to room temperature. USE - Method for processing powder surface metallurgy strengthening macromolecular material as framework. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing powder surface metallurgy strengthening macromolecular material as framework comprises uniformly mixing 50-600 pts. vol. spherical cast tungsten carbide powder, 320-776 pts. vol. nickel, 24-76 pts. vol. chromium, 11-33 pts. vol. boron, 16-48 pts. vol. ferrosilicon and 10-33 pts. vol. nickel-based alloy solder powder to obtain mixed powder, adding 15-25% PTFE powder, stirring and mixing, rolling, molding, sand blasting, entering in vacuum brazing furnace, vacuumizing to 10-3 Pa, heating to 200-400 degrees C at speed of 5-10 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-1 hours, heating to 1000-1100 degrees C at speed of 10-15 degrees C/minute, keeping for 0.5-1 hours and cooling to room temperature.
