摘要：本文阐述了零次情报的基本问题,重点论述了零次情报快速隐蔽的特点,强调其瞬间价值的体现。提出实现零次情报的价值关键在于情报人员敏锐的洞察力和强烈的情报意识,而社会实践活动和专业知识的积累是情报意识的基础。同时本文还就如何获取零次情报做了具体阐述。
In this paper, the author discussed basic problems of zero information. It discussed that zero information is speedy and hidden and how to realize the value of zero information. It proprosed that the perspective and information means of information professionals are keys to make the value of zero information realized. Its foundation is social practice and specialized ＂knowledge. How to collect zero irformation is also discussed.
