摘要:从压力容器分析设计的角度阐述了聚氨酯合成塔应力分析的过程及评定原则,分析了有限元模型的构建及各种载荷施加中存在的问题,利用ANSYS软件计算了各工况下的应力强度并进行了强度校核,为塔器的分析设计提供了可供工程应用的参考设计方法。
Detail information of stress analysis process and evaluation principle for vertical slender vessel producing polyurethane were given,illustration of some key problems in the process of applying load was made and model for finite element analysis was set up, results calculated by ANSYS under different working conditions were given and the stress intensity was checked. The designer can use same method for the vertical slender vessel analysis design.
