摘要:通过等温以及非等温溶液结晶法制备了聚乙烯/碳纳米管复合串晶(shish-kebab)结构.电镜结果显示,等温结晶1 h得到的聚乙烯/碳纳米管串晶(shish-kebab)结构kebab长度为30~140 nm,kebab间间距为35~80 nm.使用非等温结晶法得到的产物kebab长度为40~180 nm,kebab间距与等温结晶过程得到的相同.此外实验发现聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构生长过程中,kebab的生长与新的kebab形成是同步发生,直至结晶结束.将得到的聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构在对二甲苯中静置3个月,光学图像显示仍能保持良好的分散性.使用沸腾对二甲苯冲洗聚乙烯/碳纳米管shish-kebab结构以验证其稳定性,发现冲洗过程中虽然部分聚乙烯链溶解,但仍有部分聚乙烯链吸附于碳纳米管上,并在降温过程中重新生成shish-kebab结构.
The polyethylene/carbon nanotube shish-kebab structures were prepared by both isothermally and nonisothermally solution crystallization method, and the dispersion of carbon nanotube in xylene was improved. From the TEM images, it is evident that lengths of kebabs were 30 - 140 nm and 40 - 180 nm, respectively. And the periodicities were both in the range 35 - 80 nm. The polyethylene/carbon nanotube shish-kebab structures were well dispersed in the p-xylene solutions after 3 months. And based on the samples obtained during the process, it was obviously that the kebab grew and formed simultaneously. Finally, to investigate the stability of shish-kebab structures,it was washed by boiled xylene for several times. Although, PE chains were dissolved in the process, shish-kebab structures would reform when temperature decreased.
