摘要:2014—2015年夏季,在贺兰山使用样线法和样方法对濒危野生动物马麝(Moschus sifanicus)的生境进行调查。拟合优度卡方检验和Bonferroni不等式对非数值型生境因子进行分析,结果表明:贺兰山马麝夏季对植被类型、优势乔木、坡向以及坡位这4种生境因子有偏好性,喜欢在青海云杉(Picea crassifolia)作为优势乔木的山地针叶林带生境且位于中坡位的阴坡活动。根据Mann-whitey U检验的结果,马麝在选择数值型生境因子时差异显著,喜欢活动在海拔更高、乔木密度更大、乔木距离更近、灌木密度更低、植被盖度更大、水源更近、人为干扰距离更远、隐蔽级更高的生境中。利用逐步判别分析方法,对马麝的夏季利用样方与对照样方进行区分,其准确率可达89.9%。
Field research was carried out in summer from 2014 to 2015 by line transect survey and quadrat sampling method to figure out the habitat selection characters of Alpine musk deer in Helan Mountains.The nonnumeric habitat factors were analyzed using Chi-Square test and Bonferroni inequality,and the consequence showed that there was selectivity among vegetation type,dominant tree,slope direction and slope position when the alpine musk deer selected habitats.For the analysis of numeric factors,the Mann-whitey U was applied and there was significance different among altitude,tree density,distance to tree,shrub density,vegetation coverage,distance to water resource,distance to human disturbance and hiding cover.Moschus sifanicus prefered habitats with higher altitude,higher tree density,closer distance to tree,lower shrub density,higher vegetation coverage,closer distance to water resource,further distance to human disturbance and higher hiding cover.The Stepwise discriminant analysis revealed that the habitat factors ranked in descending order were shrub density,altitude,vegetation coverage,distance to human disturbance,tree density,distance to tree,hiding cover and distance to water resource.The correct distinguish rate of separating the used plots and control plots from each other using those habitat factors can reach 89.9%.
