摘要:研究阳极溶出伏安法测定饲料级硫酸铜中的微量铅镉,采用玻碳汞膜为工作电极,盐酸为底液,铁粉还原法排除铜的干扰,标准加入法确定铅镉含量。此方法测定铅的RSD为3.4%,线性范围0~4.0μg/mL,铅回收率在93.8%~112%,镉回收率在86.7%~97.4%。该方法操作简便,测定速度快,结果满意。
Content of Pd and Cd in feed grade CuSO4 was determined by anodic stripping votammetry.A glassy carbon coasted with Hg film was used as the working electrode. Cu ions were removed by addition of Fe powder into 3 mol/L HC1 solution to avoid voltammetric interference. The relative standard deviation(RSD) and linear range of the method is 3.4% and 0~4.0μg/mL respectively. The recovery of Pb and Cd ranged from 93.8% to 112% and 86.7% to 97.4%, respectively. So this is a fast, simple methodand the results are satisfying.
