摘要:泥炭和褐煤是腐植酸的主要来源。通过紫外-荧光光谱分析等可差异性地表征泥炭、褐煤中的黑腐酸、棕腐酸和黄腐酸。腐植酸具有多种生物活性组分,利用工程化的分枝杆菌可定向降解得到某些甾类化合物,利用特异性酵母菌的异源合成可得到萜类和腐植酸萜类组分,通过浓缩、分离、纯化等处理工艺,可以制备具有抗菌,改善植物营养条件的生物农药。
Humic acids are mainly derived from peat and lignite. The difference of surface characteristics of black humic acid, brown humic acid and fulvic acid in peat and lignite was analysed by the UV-fluorescence spectrum. Humic acids have many biological active ingredients. Steroid compounds could be obtained by engineered mycobacteria directional degradation, and humic acid terpenoids could be obtained through heterologous biosynthesis by specific saccharomycetes. The fermented products were antimicrobial, and can improve the conditions of plant nutrition. Through the enrichment, separation and purification processes, they could be used as biological pesticide
