摘要:合成了适用于低压团状模塑料的结晶性不饱和聚酯,采用FT-IR,DSC,XRD对其结构、熔点及结晶性进行了表征。通过转矩流变与平板流动性测试,研究了结晶性不饱和聚酯对团状模塑料流变行为的影响。结果表明,调整1,4-丁二醇的用量,可以改变合成树脂的熔点及结晶性,并且添加结晶性不饱和聚酯可显著改善BMC的模压流动性能。
The crystalline unsaturated polyester for low voltage BMC was synthesized. The structure, melting point and crystallinity were characterized by FF-IR, DSC and XRD. The effect of crystalline unsaturated polyester on the theological behavior of bulk molding compound were investigated by torque rheometer and tests of flat flow properties. The results showed that the melting point and erystallinity of synthetic resin could be changed by adjusting the amount of 1,4-butanediol . The molding flow properties of BMC could be significantly improved by adding the crystalline unsaturated polyester.
