DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Biindolylidene derivative (A) of the formula (I) and (II) is new. R1 and R2 = 1-20C linear or branched hydrocarbon groups; Ar1 = hexatomic aryl ring groups or substituted hexatomic aryl ring groups; Ar2 = divalent five-membered or hexatomic heterocyclic groups or aryl ring groups and hetero atoms of heterocyclic groups = S, O or N with 1-3 hetero atoms; and R3 and R4 = 1-6C alkyl groups or 1-6C alkoxy groups
