摘要：为准确评价上海市信息服务业区域竞争力的真实水平,构建了一个多层次的指标体系,建立了相应的综合评价模型,得出上海市各区县信息服务业竞争力评分和排名,并详细比较分析了上海市各区县信息服务业的产业竞争力水平。结果表明,上海市信息服务业发展存在不均衡现象,不同区县之间的产业竞争力差距较大。建议上海市加强各区县信息服务业弱势方面的建设,并实行各区县错位竞争、协调发展,以实现上海市信息服务业的快速健康发展。
For evaluating the real level of regional competitiveness inShanghai information service accurately,this paper builds a multi-level index system and the corresponding comprehensive evaluation system.The result shows that there exits uneven phenomenon,the gap of industrial competitiveness in different counties is huge.It is suggested that the weak aspects of information service in each district of Shanghai should be strengthened.At the same time,the implement of dislocated competition and coordinated development among various districts and counties should be achieved so that rapid and healthy development of Shanghai information service can be realized.
