摘要：大学里的教育研究组织不仅为现代大学按教育规律办学提供了教育理论支撑 ,而且是现代大学的宝贵财富 ,是大学提高其知名度的重要力量。失却了这一学科群体与能力 ,很难成就完整意义上的大学 ,很难成就真正意义上的大学精神 ,也很难造就时代需要的大师。因此 ,为了促进大学教育研究组织摆脱尴尬的境地 ,实现可持续发展 ,当前强化其独特职能要做到 :领导重视 ,为其可持续发展提供组织保证 ;定位确切 ,强化它的学术职能 ;因地制宜 ,鼓励和支持学院制模式。
University educational research organization not only provides the educational theoretical support for modern universities to run a school in accordance with educational laws, but also is the treasure of modern universities and the significant force to promote their fame. Without such a group and its capability, it is hard to make a comprehensive university and show its real spirit, let alone celebrated talents needed for the time. Therefore, in order to help to get rid of the embarrassing situation of university educational research organization, to realize the sustained development , emphasis should be put on its unique function, that is, getting attention from the leaders to provide the organizational assurance for the sustained development, making correct determination to strengthen its academic function, encouraging and supporting the harmonious development of multi patterns in the light of local conditions, such as college pattern and independent institute pattern.
