摘要:NOVELTY - A combined deep propylene dehydrating method involves cooling propylene in sedimentation tank to 10-20 degrees C, where dissolved water droplets in propylene overhead propylene droplets in free state. The cooled propylene is set in a fiber bed coalescing separator and separated to emulsion droplets, where the emulsion droplets comprise complete emulsified liquid, partially dissolved liquid and remaining free liquid. Separated aqueous solution is heat-processed, distilled and water-processed. The dissolved propylene-containing trace water droplet is dried with 3A molecule sieve adsorbent. USE - Method for combined deep-dehydrating propylene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables combined deep-dehydrating the propylene with better economic benefits and low cost and increasing quality of subsequent polymer product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A combined deep propylene dehydrating method involves cooling propylene in sedimentation tank to 10-20 degrees C, where dissolved water droplets in propylene overhead propylene droplets in free state and particle size of the precipitated droplets is 50 mu m. The cooled propylene is set in a fiber bed coalescing separator and separated to emulsion droplets with particle diameter of 10-50 mu m, where the emulsion droplets comprise complete emulsified liquid, partially dissolved liquid and remaining free liquid and the fiber bed coalescing separator comprises a sector level meter, water, fiber coalescing separation module and corrugated rapid sedimentation module and the fiber coalescing separation module comprises glass fiber, PTFE, nylon, hydrophilic fiber and hydrophobic polyurethane resin woven into fiber filament with 20-100 mu m. Separated aqueous solution is heat-processed, distilled and water-processed, where process is reduced to 0.01-0.2 MPa and operation temperature is 10-20 degrees C. The dissolved propylene-containing trace water droplets is dried with 3A molecule sieve adsorbent till water content reaches 5 parts per million or less. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a device comprising a sedimentation tank, fiber-bed coalescing separator and molecular sieve adsorption tower.
