摘要:NOVELTY - Dry powder adsorbent is water hyacinth powder having 200 mesh standard size. USE - Dry powder adsorbent for performing adsorption and post-treatment of uranium (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The dry powder adsorbent reduces burden to ecological environment caused by hyacinth, adsorbs and recycles uranium, generates biogas in post-processing process of adsorbent, eco-friendly, saves resource and ore liquid, subjecting water hyacinth to recycling treatment to its maximum extent, changes waste into valuable product, and has significant economic benefit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) a method for preparing dry powder adsorbent, which involves collecting water hyacinth, rinsing with tap water for multiple times in an order to clean off dirt, dust and other debris from water hyacinth surface; soaking water hyacinth in 20 wt.% sodium hydroxide solution and subjecting alkalization at 30 degrees C for 90 minutes, rinsing with deionized water; drying washed water hyacinth in oven at 80 degrees C; and crushing dried water hyacinth over 200 mesh standard sieve and sealing it to obtain final product; (2) a method for absorbing dry powder adsorbent, which involves using powder adsorbent in a dosage of 1g/L, and subjecting to adsorption for 180 minutes and at pH of 3.0; and (3) a method for performing adsorption and post-treatment of uranium, which involves pumping uranium tailing liquid into tailing buffer tank through pump; mixing tailing into mixing tank, placing dry powder adsorbent into mixing adsorption tank through hourglass pipeline, and after a certain period of adsorption the mixing tank containing dry powder adsorbent is suspended into integrated fermented biogas tank through the pipeline; providing biogas tank with filter device, filtering water hyacinth dry powder suspension through filter into filtrate pool to obtain filtrate, and withdrawing pump from tailing buffer tank for subsequent adsorption process; reacting filtered dry powder adsorbent in biogas tank to produce biogas, filtering biogas through filter into the gas tank; and recovering reaction residue from biogas tank.
