摘要:在950~1400℃,以神府煤为原料制备了各种慢速和快速热解焦,并对各种热解焦的CO2气化反应动力学进行了研究。研究结果表明:在高温范围内,修正体积模型对神府煤焦/CO2气化反应的模拟明显优于收缩未反应芯模型和随机孔模型;神府煤焦气化反应动力学从低温到高温存在一个偏折点,即低温区(950~1150℃)属化学动力学控制,高温区(1150~1400℃)属扩散动力学控制。在950~1150℃,神府慢速和快速热解煤焦的表观活化能范围分别为109.21~205.30kJ/mol和86.88~116.90kJ/mol;在1150~1400℃,分别为16.58~52.16kJ/mol和14.00~32.91kJ/mol;神府煤焦/CO2气化反应过程也存在动力学补偿效应。
In the range of 950~1 400 ℃,various slow and rapid pyrolytic chars were prepared using Shenfu coals as raw materials,and their CO2 gasification reaction kinetics were also investigated.The results show that at elevated temperatures,the modified volumetric model is obviously preferable to the unreacted shrinking core model and the random pore model for the simulation of the CO2 gasification reactions of Shenfu coal chars.When the gasification temperature changes from low temperatures to high temperatures,the gasification process of Shenfu coal chars presentes a turn.That is to say,the gasification process is respectively controlled by the chemical reaction in the low temperature range (950~1 150 ℃) and the diffusion in the high temperature range (1 150~1 400 ℃).In the range of 950~1 150 ℃,the apparent activity energies of slowly and rapidly pyrolyzed chars are separately in the range of 109.21~205.30 kJ/mol and 86.88~116.90 kJ/mol.In the range of 1 150~1 400 ℃,they are separately in the range of 16.58~52.16 kJ/mol and 14.00~32.91 kJ/mol.The reaction kinetic compensation efficiency also exists in the gasification process of Shenfu coal chars.
