摘要:A porous-microsize Si-Al thin lm as anode for Li ion batteries was rst electrodeposited on Cu foil from propylene carbonate (PC) solution. The process of electrodeposition is investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronopotentiometry. The composition and morphology of the Si-Al film are characterized using energy dispersive X-Ray spectroscopy (EDS) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). In battery testing, the electrochemical performance of the Si-Al thin film shows significant high rate performance and cyclic stability. It indicates that the volume changes during the lithiation-delithiation process can be reduced and the conductivity of the thin film is enhanced due to the porous structure and the addition of aluminum.
