摘要:NOVELTY - An alloy material comprises copper, chromium and zirconium. It is prepared by smelting method or ball milling method. The alloy material has greater than 800 MPa of tensile strength at 20-25 degrees C, conductivity of greater than or equal to 60% International Annealed Copper Standard (IACS), and softening temperature of greater than or equal to 500 degrees C. The total amount of copper, chromium and zirconium is 100%. The dosage of chromium is 0.5-9 wt.%. The signal quality error is 0.5-9 wt.%. The use amount of copper is 90-99 wt.%. USE - Alloy material used for electronic packaging, electric contact, and high speed railway contact wire. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of an alloy material comprising in inert gas atmosphere, ball milling the metal powder and metal zirconium powder for preparing chromium/zirconium alloy powder, performing in an inert gas atmosphere, using chromium/zirconium alloy powder and metal copper powder as raw materials, ball milling to prepare copper/chromium/zirconium alloy powder, pressing, sintering and cooling the copper/chromium/zirconium alloy powder to obtain the alloy material.
