摘要:NOVELTY - A spherical cyclodextrin resin particle preparing method involves adding cyclodextrin, water and reducing agent, and stirring the mixture to prepare slurry. Cross-linking agent and a catalyst are added with the slurry, and the slurry is stirred. The slurry is made to react with the catalyst for 10-30 minutes, and oily dispersion medium is added with the slurry. The slurry is made to react with the medium for 18 to 24 hours. The resulting product is filtered to form polymer particles, and water and ethanol are made to react with the particles to obtain spherical cyclodextrin resin particle. USE - Method for preparing spherical cyclodextrin resin particle that is utilized for absorption and recovery of harmful substance such as aromatic small molecules i.e. phenol (all claimed), in water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables controlling of reaction temperature, proportion of cyclodextrin and different components, so that dosage of catalyst, reaction time, content of cyclodextrin, and granule shape and size of cyclodextrin resin can be controlled. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A spherical cyclodextrin resin particle preparing method involves adding cyclodextrin, water and reducing agent in a weight ratio of 1: 1-2: 0.0005-0.001, and stirring the mixture to prepare slurry. Cross-linking agent is added with the slurry, where weight ratio of the cross-linking agent and the cyclodextrin is 1:0.8-3. A catalyst is added with the slurry, and the slurry is stirred by controlling stirring speed at 100-400 rotation per minute. The slurry is made to react with the catalyst for 10-30 minutes, and oily dispersion medium is added with the reacted slurry in a ratio of 10-15:1. The slurry is made to react with the medium for 18 to 24 hours at temperature of 30-50 degrees C. The resulting product is filtered to form polymer particles, and water and ethanol are made to react with the particles at 50-80 degrees C to obtain spherical cyclodextrin resin particle.
