摘要：NOVELTY - An unmarked gene deletion attenuated mutant strain of Vibrio alginolyticus wild strain, is new. The strain is attenuated live vaccine of V.alginolyticus strain which deletes sRNA molecular chaperone protein gene hfq of the V.alginolyticus strain. USE - The unmarked gene deletion attenuated mutant strain of V.alginolyticus wild strain is useful for preparing composition for preventing and/or treating V.alginolyticus diseases of cultured fish (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition is environmentally-friendly and cost-effective.
