摘要:[目的]旨在找出一条适合工业化生产3-氯-5,5-二甲基-4,5-二氢异唑的工艺路线。[方法]以氨基甲酸乙酯为起始原料,通过环合、氯化得到3-氯-5,5-二甲基-4,5-二氢异唑。[结果]该合成路线的总收率为42.2%,含量为96.2%(HPLC)。[结论]该方法具有路线合理、反应条件温和、收率高等特点,适合工业化生产。
[Aims] This article aims to get a reasonable route of 3-chloro-5,5-dimethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole on industrial scale. [Methods] 3-Chloro-5,5-dimethyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazole was synthesized from urethane via cyclization, chlorination. [Results] The total yield of the synthetic route was 42.2%, the purity was 96.2%(HPLC). [Conclusions] The process has advantages of reasonable process, mild reaction condition and high yield, which is suitable for industrialized production.
