摘要:NADS 氨-肥法是一种新的以氨为脱硫剂的烟气脱硫技术,属于回收法,可生产高浓度硫酸、硫铵、磷铵或硝铵和硫酸钾化肥。本文介绍该方法的 10 万m3/h (标况下)烟气量,相当于 25 MW 机组中型试验的结果,并对大型机组的可行性进行分析,对氨-肥法在我国的应用前景和大型示范机组的关键技术进行讨论。
:NADS ammonia-fertilizer process is a new flue gas desulfurization technology with ammonia as the sulfurizing agent. In this process,high concentration sulfuric acid,thiamine,ammonium phosphate or ammonium nitrate and potassium sulfate fertilizer can be produced. This paper briefs the results of medium size testing with 105 m3/h flue gas(corresponding to 25 MW unit)treated,analyses the feasibility of applying this process to large size unit,and approaches the application prospects of ammonia-fertilzer process in China and the key technologies of application in large size demonstration unit.
