摘要:从软钢圆盘电极转速对阴极电流密度的影响,推演出一个消除了溶解氧浓差极化对阴极过程影响的动力学电流密度与电位的关系式,扩大了塔费尔区的范围。用此法测定了软钢在加有钼酸盐和亚硝酸盐缓蚀剂并为空气所饱和的低硬度水中的腐蚀速度。结果发现:两种缓蚀剂有协同效应,在它们的用量各占一半时,钢的腐蚀速度最小。
The reciprocal of cathodic current was plotted against ω^(-0.5), where ω represented the rotating speed of the electrode. By extrapolating ω to infinity, the kinetic current density was obtained, from which the effect of mass transfer of dissolved oxygen was eliminated and the Tafel regions were broadened. The corrosion rate of mild steel in aerated water of low hardness containing molybdate and nitrite inhibitors was determined by this method. The synergistic effect was examined.
