摘要:NOVELTY - An organic pollutants processing method involves applying green wet oxidizing method, where the industrial waste water containing organic pollutant is delivered in a stainless steel reaction kettle. The waste water is added with hydrazine hydrated catalyst in the reaction kettle, followed by charging oxygen at the pressure of 0.2-1.2 MPa and mixing at 70-300 degrees C, where the reaction pressure is 0.1-5 MPa. The oxygen branch pressure is 0.1-3 MPa and the mixing speed is 100-1000 rpm. The reaction is carried out for 30 minutes to 8 hours. USE - Method for processing organic pollutants in industrial waste water. ADVANTAGE - The method enables processing multiple organic pollutants in a low cost, safe and eco-friendly manner with high catalyzing activity and gentle reaction condition. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for processing multiple organic pollutants in industrial waste water involves applying green wet oxidizing method, where the industrial waste water containing organic pollutant is delivered in a stainless steel reaction kettle. The waste water is added with hydrazine hydrated catalyst in the reaction kettle, followed by charging oxygen at the pressure of 0.2-1.2 MPa and mixing at 70-300 degrees C, where the reaction pressure is 0.1-5 MPa. The reaction is carried out for 30 minutes to 8 hours, followed by oxidizing and degrading the organic pollutant such as water, carbon dioxide and organic micro molecule acid.
