摘要：本文从实证角度出发,利用灰色系统理论,首先对我国科技活动中的主要科技投入因素与主要科技产出项进行了灰关联分析,然后分别建立了我国科技活动三项主要产出的等维灰数递补GM(1,1)模型,并基于此对2005-2008年的三项科技产出情况进行了灰预测。
Starting from demonstration, tiffs paper makes gray relational analysis of input and output of our technical activity. It then constructs the GM （1,1）model and forecasts the situation of 3 outputs of Science and Technology from 2005 to 2008.
