摘要:NOVELTY - Nylon 6 and polycarbonate are dried in a high-performance dehumidifier for 12 hours at 90 degrees C. Nylon, polycarbonate, and maleic anhydride graft ethylene-octylene copolymer elastomer are weighed in a weight ratio of 100:(5-15):(5-15). HDI (0-1.36 wt.%) is added and mixed uniformly. The mixture is extruded using a screw extruder to granulate, at 230-260 degrees C and a screw rotation speed of 50-90 rpm. The extruded material is then cooled with water, to obtain nylon 6/polycarbonate/elastomer/HDI super-flexible engineering plastic. USE - Production of nylon 6/polycarbonate/elastomer/HDI super-flexible engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of nylon 6/polycarbonate/elastomer/HDI super-flexible engineering plastic having very high modulus.
