摘要:通过对酯化反应器流动模型的分析结合酯化反应化学平衡。
A new mathematical model has been developed for the continous esterification process between TPA and EG. The solubility of TPA in the reaction mixture were adopted in the mathematical model. The mass transfer coefficient of EG and water from liquided phase to vapor phase were selected as principal parameters in this model. These are the fundalmental distinction of this model from others works. The validity of this model has been verified in comparison with the data of commercial esterification reactors.
