摘要:NOVELTY - Prop-2-en-1-yl N-(4-(2-(3-(dicyanomethylidene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)ethyl)phenyl)carbamate (I) is new. USE - New prop-2-en-1-yl N-(4-(2-(3-(dicyanomethylidene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)ethyl)phenyl)carbamate is used as fluorescent probe used in environmental and quantitative detection of palladium ions (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prop-2-en-1-yl N-(4-(2-(3-(dicyanomethylidene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)ethyl)phenyl)carbamate enables rapid, quantitative and simple detection of palladium ions at low concentration with high sensitivity and selectivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Prop-2-en-1-yl N-(4-(2-(3-(dicyanomethylidene)-5,5-dimethylcyclohex-1-en-1-yl)ethyl)phenyl)carbamate of formula (I) is new. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of compound (I), which involves preparing 2-(3,5,5-trimethyl-cyclohex-2-enyl)malononitrile by reacting isophorone and malononitrile in ethanol solvent in presence of piperidine catalyst, and distilling off solvent under reduced pressure, reacting 2-(3,5,5-trimethyl-cyclohex-2-enyl)-malononitrile and acetaminophen benzaldehyde in toluene solvent in presence of piperidine acetate catalyst, distilling off solvent under reduced pressure, obtaining crude product, carrying out silica gel column chromatography, obtaining (E)-2-(3-(4-amino-styryl)-5,5-dimethyl-cyclohex-2-enyl)malononitrile and allyl chloroformate in dichloromethane solvent in presence of triethylamine catalyst, distilling off solvent under reduced pressure, and carrying out silica gel column chromatography.
