摘要：运用文献资料、逻辑推理等研究方法,回顾伦敦全球体育城市建设的发展历程,总结发展经验及启示。20世纪80年代以来,伦敦在打造全球体育城市历程中主要经历城市更新与体育文化城市、城市复兴与体育文化中心城市、城市可持续与体育活力城市三个阶段,其发展经验主要有:理念上高度重视体育文化对城市复兴的重要作用;原则上注重社会效益与经济效益的统一;机制上致力于多元参与及合作共享;政策保障上注重持续的规划与可行的路径。结合我国体育城市建设实际,提出建议:确立文化特色、完善服务体系、构建协作网络、发挥赛事引领等。
By using the methods of documentary analysis and logical reasoning,the experience and enlightenment of London’s constructing the world sports city are studied in this paper.Since the 1980 s,London has experienced three stages in the development of the world sports city:urban renewal and sports culture city,urban renaissance and sports culture center city,urban sustainability and sports vitality city.On this basis,the main experiences are summarized as follows:attaching great importance to the important role of sports culture in urban renewal in concept;emphasizing the unity of social and economic benefits in principle;devoting to multi-participation and cooperation and sharing in mechanism;emphasizing sustainable planning and feasible path in policy guarantee.Based on the practice of sports city construction in China,we put forward some suggestions,such as establishing cultural characteristics,improving service system,constructing collaborative networks,and giving full play to the leading role of sports events.
