摘要:NOVELTY - A nano-manganese sesquioxide having hollow cone shape is prepared by dissolving P123 (RTM: poly(ethylene oxide)-poly(propylene oxide)-poly(ethylene oxide) triblock copolymer) and manganese nitrate in aqueous solution, mixing uniformly, adding carbon powder, ultrasonically dispersing, adding potassium permanganate, stirring uniformly, hydrothermally reacting at 100-160 degrees C for 2-12 hours, cooling to room temperature, collecting reaction product at 50-80 degrees C under air atmosphere, drying for 4-8 hours and calcining at 500-600 degrees C for 2-6 hours. USE - Method for preparing nano-manganese sesquioxide having hollow cone shape (claimed) used in field of catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The hollow cone has diameter of 60-100 nm and wall thickness of 20-30 nm. The method has simple process and easy-to-control reaction.
