摘要：NOVELTY - A process for preparing a light-colour electrically conductive powder of Sb-doped SnO2 includes adding ligand to the aqueous solution of SbCl3, adding solution of SnCl4, adding alkali solution, addingmicro-molecular organic precipitant to coat a layer of non-hydroxide deposit on the surface of the precursor of hydroxide, and calcine. Said powder has 12-18 nm of particle diameter and average resistivity lower than 2.5 ohm.cm.
