摘要：NOVELTY - The system has a management center platform centered with a main station. The management center platform performs remote managing process to a collector by a General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) module. A hardware platform performs data collecting process by a carrier mode. A RS-485-type communicating circuit transmits a modulated signal to balance a transmission mode. A half-duplex communication mode is connected with a subordinate structure.
