摘要：针对传统无油润滑压缩机密封填料使用寿命短、密封效果不佳的状况, 提出了一种带涡形槽节流套、填充PTFE密封环和填充FI阻流环组合使用的新型密封填料, 与传统填料相比具有更好的密封性能和使用寿命, 较好地解决了含粉尘气体的无油润滑压缩的密封问题。
A new type oilless packing seals for non-lubricated compressor was introduced to solve the problem existed in traditional packing seals. The new packing is composed of direction rings, pressure degradation rings and seal rings made from filled PTFE or FI respectively. Test results show that the new packing seals have a longer life than traditional packing seals and performs better in air compressor with solid materials.
