摘要:说明了残余应力测量技术在工程领域中的重要意义,描述了残余应力测量方法的研究状况,介绍了目前残余应力的测量方法,例如钻孔法、X射线法、中子法。其中,压痕法是一种能无损地测量残余应力的新方法,提出借助于理论分析和有限元方法研究压痕法中有关测量参数,以便能方便、准确地获得构件中的残余应力。
The significance of residual stress (RS) measuring technique in the engineering fields is explained. The research statuses of each residual stress measuring method are described. And these methods are introduced, such as hole drilling, X-ray diffraction technique, neutron-diffraction technique, and indentation technique, which is one of the new useful methods for non-destructively evaluating the residual stresses, and, therefore, is researched to get the relative parameters in order to measure the RS accurately and conveniently by means of theory analysis and the finite element method
