摘要：计算机出问题不能工作了，通常我们会选择重装操作系统，而类似的想法在活的细胞中也能够实现。这是怎么回事呢？2007年10月6日，基因组研究先锋美国克雷格-文特尔研究所（J．Craig Venter Institute）已成功地合成了生殖支原体（Mycoplasma genitdium）的基因组。
Synthetic biology is interpreted as the engineering-driven building of increasingly complex biological entities for novel applications.And its vision is to develop complex biology systems,even artificial organism by simplified and standard solutions using available material and knowledge.Synthetic biology opens a door toward new biomaterials that do not exist in nature.
