摘要:NOVELTY - A perfluorinated sulfonic acid nanocomposite fiber catalyst is prepared by dissolving perfluorinated sulfonic acid and polymer dispersant in organic solvent, uniformly stirring, slowly adding inorganic nanoparticle, ultrasonically dispersing, stirring until homogeneous to obtain organic-inorganic suspension which is the electrostatic spinning casting solution, soaking nanocomposite fiber catalyst in solution, electrostatic spinning, soaking nanocomposite fiber catalyst in acidic solution for more than 24 hours, taking out, washing and vacuum-drying to constant weight. USE - The method is used for preparing catalyst used for esterification (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has easy operation, simple equipment, controls uniform size distribution of catalyst, preferably 100-2000 nm and ensures high specific surface area, preferably 20-100 m2/g. The environmental friendly esterification using the catalyst has mild condition, high conversion rate, preferably higher than 95%, small corrosion of equipment, lesser liquid waste discharge and good recovery and regeneration performance of catalyst.
