摘要:研究了在培养基中添加吐温-85对发酵生产螺旋霉素的影响。结果表明:0h添加100mg/L吐温-85,发酵效价达28176u/ml,比对照提高11.9%。检测表明吐温-85可以增加细胞膜的通透性,提高乙酸激酶、酰基CoA合成酶和碱性磷酸酶的酶活力,并促进菌体对油的利用,提供更多的前体,从而提高螺旋霉素的产量。
The biosynthesis of spiramycin by Streptomyces ambofaciens by addition of Tween-85 to medium in 15L fermentor was studied. The results showed that the production achieved to 28176u/ml, which was increased by 11.9% over the control group, when 100mg/L Tween-85 was added into the medium. The mechanism of Tween-85 on spiramycin fermentation was also studied. The membrane permeability was increased and three enzymes acetate kinase, acyl-CoA synthetase and alkaline phosphatase, were activated and more oil could be utilized to provide more precursors so that more spiramycin was obtained.
