摘要:NOVELTY - An optical pure D-type beta -hydroxy acid is prepared by providing resting cells of Gluconobacter oxydans; and converting substrate 2-methyl-1, 3-propanediol with resting cells to obtain desired product. The providing of resting cells of G. oxydans involves cultivating to obtain cell zymotic fluid of G. oxydans; centrifuging zymotic fluid to obtain thalli sediment; washing thalli using physiological saline; centrifugally removing supernatant; and suspending using phosphate buffer thalli to obtain the resting cells. USE - Method for preparing optical pure D-type beta -hydroxy acid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method realizes bioconversion under high cell density, thus saving energy and production costs.
