摘要：NOVELTY - Chromatographic separation of trehalose and maltose comprises taking trehalose and maltose mixture, injecting into chromatography column with strong acid type, calcium type, magnesium type, sodium type, potassium type or ammonium type cation-exchange resin and column diameter and height ratio of 1:0.5-1:10, adding water as eluent and separating at 20-90 degrees C, 0.01-1 bed volume/hour feed flow rate, 0.025-2.5 bed volume/hour elution flow rate and feed and water ratio at 1:1-3. USE - Method for chromatographically separating trehalose and maltose (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and environment-friendly, and has high efficiency and low production cost.
