摘要:As a typical hazardous waste in the petrochemical industry, the spent catalysts contain a large amount of oil, which will lead to waste of resources and serious environmental pollution if not effectively recycled. In this study, four kinds of inlet particle pre-self-rotation cyclones were designed for efficient separation and recovery of oil trapped in the pores of the spent porous catalyst through high-speed particle self-rotation in cyclones. The effects of pre-self-rotation on particle revolution and high-speed self-rotation were studied using a high-speed motion analyzer (HSMA). When the inlet flow rate was 40 m(3)/h, the particle self-rotation speed at the axial position of z = 200 mm in common cyclone (CM-C) and parallel positive rotation cyclone (PPR-C) was 2572 and 6658 rad/s, respectively. At the normal temperature, the oil content after oil recovery by CM-C was reduced from 31.18% to 8.96%, while in PPR-C it can be reduced to 5.29%. This study provides a new approach for regulating particle self-rotation in cyclones and enhancing the oil recovery from the spent porous catalyst through highspeed particle self-rotation.
